If you have not used the candles (lit it) you may exchange the items for another item of equal value or return it for a full refund, provided that you send an email to obtain the label. If you are interested in getting these items shipped. We do have a standard shipping fee in addition to the cost of the candle(s) they you chose. They will be packaged in our lovely packaging with sample items of new arrived candles for any future purchases.
